Solomon Family Services, Principal and Counselor/My Possibilities, Founder & Chairman
Charmaine Solomon is one of three original founders of the organization. She has served in her board capacity since establishing My Possibilities in June 2008.
Sanjay Kalluvilayil is the Founder & President of Stonehaas Advisors, a consultancy in the Blockchain space and provider of fractional CXO services. Sanjay has 25+ years of experience in strategy, sales, business development, transformation, technology, and operations. Sanjay also serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for
the Bitcoin Mining Foundation.
He started his career at Ernst & Young Management Consulting as a Lead in Business Process Transformation, Training, and Knowledge Management on Systems Implementation projects. He worked at Ericsson in various roles: Strategy Consulting, Sales, Business Development, Technology, Managed Services, and Head of Value Creation. He was certified as a Principal Consultant by Ericsson Global Services. He was awarded the prestigious Ericsson “2011 Region North America Presidents Eagle Award in Innovation!”. Since Ericsson, he has held leadership roles in Sales, Business Development, and Operations. He also served as the COO for the Texas Blockchain Council.
Sanjay obtained a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University – Said Business School, earning Distinction Level. He has MBA from Texas A&M University – Mays Business School with concentrations in Finance and Management in Information Systems (MIS). Sanjay graduated with a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University. He lives in Carrollton with his wife, son, daughter, and Rhodesian Ridgeback. He enjoys fitness and learning new things.
Ryan Lamb serves as the Vice President of Finance of Edison Power Constructors. Prior to joining EPC, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at GCATS Telecom & Critical Power Services, a specialty contractor based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Lamb brings over 15 years of diverse accounting and finance experience including over 10 years of construction-specific accounting knowledge and additional construction services experiences in HR, Safety, and Information Technology. Previously, he spent 6 years in various roles at Stryker, a Fortune 500 medical device corporation and technology manufacturer. Mr. Lamb graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Minor in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs where he was a Hunt Scholar. He is a licensed Certified Professional Accountant in the state of Texas, a member of the Finance Committee at Parkway Hills Baptist Church.
Jeremy Gregg, CAP®️, CFRE, MBA is a three-time TEDx speaker with nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and social entrepreneurship. He is the Founder of Gregg Partners, the President of Mission Allies Publishing, and the author of “Daddy’s Time Out.”
Ian Rawn is proud to serve on the MP Foundation Board to champion the organization that means so much to him, to the community, and to all HIPsters. He attends My Possibilities studying leadership and performance dance. Ian also serves on the Board of Special Olympics Texas while serving as an Athlete Leader, Global Messenger, and Health Messenger. Ian competed in Figure Skating at the World Winter Games in Austria in 2017 and is proud to have placed 4th in the World! He continues ice skating, volunteering, and is transitioning to a new career after working eleven years at Venturity Financial Partners. His leadership motto on and off the ice is, “If you fall, you fall, but you get back up and finish.”
Melissa Reddick is the Vice President of Corporate Relations and Engagement at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, the largest non-governmental funder of programs to improve education, income and health in North Texas. Melissa came to United Way with a background in philanthropy, nonprofit management and corporate partnerships.
Prior to joining United Way, Melissa was the Executive Director of Foundation and Community Relations for FC Dallas and Toyota Stadium where she managed all community and philanthropic endeavors for the club and ownership. She joined the Major League Soccer club in 2010 after seven years with the National Rural Funders Collaborative (NRFC) where she worked to create self-sufficient families in rural communities of color around the country.
Prior to joining NRFC, Melissa spent four years with the Stemmons Corridor Business Association (SCBA) as the Executive Director, leading the organization in its mission to promote economic impact in the heavily industrial area.
A graduate of Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, she also holds a graduate certificate in Community Resourcing from the University of North Texas.
Silvia Siqueira leads the Diversity and Inclusion strategy for Hilti North America. Through her leadership, she has influenced Executive Management Team and peers to embed D&I concepts and initiatives within HR processes and throughout the organization. She has been recognized by Dallas Business Journal with the 2019 Diversity Business Leader award.
Silvia focuses on the business case for inclusion and has successfully launched Employee Led Groups throughout the company, informal mentoring programs, Beyond Bias training linked to Hilti’s culture program, co-founded a D&I practitioner group to impact the inclusion conversation in the construction industry. Silvia also is active with Catalyst and moderates D&I panels at National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
Prior to this role, she served in many leadership positions within the company including Head of Finance for Hilti Latin America and Finance Director for Hilti in Brazil. Silvia also brings sales experience to her role with five years in the field where she achieved Top Sales Club and Masters Club.
Before joining Hilti in 2004, Silvia’s professional experience includes roles with Arthur Andersen and INCOE International.
Silvia is currently pursuing a doctoral program in Human Resource Workforce Development. She has a Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management Certificate from Georgetown University and an MBA from ESPM – Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Her undergraduate degrees are in International Business and French Literature at Hillsdale College, where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors.
In her spare time, Silvia enjoys reading, watching movies, playing tennis and running. She also loves taking personal time for travel with her family.
Jimmy Smith is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for FCD Holdings which operates FC Dallas, Toyota Stadium and Toyota Soccer Center, North Texas SC, FCD Youth, MoneyGram Soccer Park and the National Soccer Hall of Fame Experience. He has over 20 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industries. Jimmy also sits on the FC Dallas Foundation Board, serving as the Treasurer. The Foundation supports programs that promote education, health and wellness to empower youth and communities in North Texas.
In his role as COO/CFO, Jimmy oversees the operations and finance for the professional team, events at Toyota Stadium (such as concerts, NCAA football games and international soccer matches), management of 36 soccer fields, 200+ FCD Youth teams, 10 Academy teams and affiliate clubs located throughout the United States, Costa Rica and Mexico.
Jimmy serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Dallas Sports Commission and sits on the Board of Directors for Visit Dallas. Jimmy also sits on the Dallas Bid Committee to bring the 2026 World Cup to Dallas.
Jimmy began his career in public accounting focusing on real estate, financial services and sports & entertainment, with clients such as the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks and the American Airlines Center. Jimmy was the American Airlines Center’s Director of Finance for six years before joining FCD Holdings in 2010.
Jimmy attended Texas A&M University receiving a Master of Science in Accounting and played for the Aggie basketball team. Jimmy was named the high school basketball player of the year, Texas Mr. Basketball, by Texas Association of Basketball Coaches. In 2018, Jimmy received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Texas A&M University Mays Business School. Jimmy is passionate about sports and the opportunities sports provides to the community, youth and general well-being of his own young sons, whom he now coaches in soccer and basketball. Jimmy lives in Plano with wife, Laura, and their three sons.
