Kim Baca

I'm known as “Nurse Kim” or “Adam Y’s mom”. As a nurse for 40 years and mom of a son with autism for 34 years, the best of both my worlds collided in 2019. My Possibilities decided to hire their first staff nurse and they chose me! This was a match made in heaven, as my son had attended MP since 2010. Additionally, my own experience as nurse for a service provider for people with disabilities had led me to work closely with staff at MP for the previous few years. I’m thrilled to say, after all these years, I have landed in my dream job in my happy place!
